Mossen runs alongside whatever the shop already uses — Timely, Fresha, GlossGenius, even a paper notebook. No replacement, no migration, no training day. It listens, reads, suggests, and (with permission) sends.
Under the hood it is a multi-tenant Next.js app with row-level security, a Claude Sonnet 4 drafter for outreach copy, and a Haiku classifier for the inbox. Campaigns are vertical-aware: a café gets a happy-hour suggestion, a salon gets a 14-day rebooking nudge.
I designed the brand, built the dashboard demo, wrote every line of copy, and am personally onboarding the first three pilot businesses for three weeks of free service.
