An internal CRM + outreach engine for a Brazilian talent roster.
Palette
A private operations system that takes a talent roster from Instagram link to signed contract — scraping, enriching, pitching, replying and scheduling, with the human kept in the loop at the right moment.
The agency had spreadsheets, a Telegram thread and a lot of late nights. The system replaces all three: SQLite ledger of every contact and message, Playwright scrapers, an email finder that prefers human inboxes over generic ones, a Resend sender with daily caps, and an IMAP monitor that turns every reply into a Telegram approval card.
Claude drafts the response. The human reviews. One tap sends it. Threading, bumps, and unsubscribe handling are all wired in. The whole thing runs on a single small VPS.
What came out of it
- ~40% of code now reused in Mossen outreach
- Telegram approval queue in production
